Refund policy
At Leles, we understand that sometimes your order may not be the perfect fit — and that’s okay! We’re happy to offer store credit for returns, subject to the following conditions:
• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order (based on tracking delivery date).
• All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and hygiene liners intact.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from marks, stains, or odors (including makeup, perfume, or tanning products).
• If the return conditions are not met, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
• Only faulty items will be refunded in full. While every piece goes through quality control, if you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for inspection.
Once your return request has been received, our team will email you with next steps. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must track their parcel via their chosen courier. Lele’s does not provide return labels.
• Please allow up to 3 business days after your return has been received and inspected for your store credit or refund to be processed.
• Lele’s is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.
• Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are eligible for store credit only, equal to the amount paid at the time of purchase.
