All orders are dispatched from LELES headquarters in California, USA.

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being received during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM PST). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $8 (5–8 business days)

• Express Shipping: $15 (2–5 business days)

• Free Shipping: on all orders over $300 USD

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential carrier delays.

LELES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order.
